Nick, one of the sales staff was super helpful in educating us on the Honda HRV. He reserved one for us on a handshake and when we found one at a different dealer that had the color we liked better h educating us on the Honda HRV. He reserved one for us on a handshake and when we found one at a different dealer that had the color we liked better he unreserved the one with him, no questions asked. He didn't make us feel bad or try to talk us out of it. 2 weeks later when the HRV had still not arrived from the other dealer we called Nick back and he welcomed us with open arms. He wasn't on site but connected us with Lewis who took care of everything for our purchase. Jacob Ashabraner was our delivery specialist and he did a great job with going over everything with me and programming my car to my specifications. I would highly recommend Honda World!! More
