I'm not sure anyone really looks forward to the car buying process, but this one was relatively painless! We didn't feel pressured by our salesman, Lewis, and felt like he really listened to what we we buying process, but this one was relatively painless! We didn't feel pressured by our salesman, Lewis, and felt like he really listened to what we were looking for. Harry was very transparent when it came time to sign all the paperwork and explained the financing process in a way we could understand. Dorottya, our delivery specialist, gave a quick (but efficient) rundown of the features we needed to know to get started with our new Pilot. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process- thank you! More
