Starting with my salesman Lewis Ray—most patient salesman ever! I worked with him on my first Honda (civic) and this time getting my CR-V. Next up Solomon Sandalo, funny and so nice, He helped set up all my settings on my CR-V. Finally, to finance with Mike Munoz, also very nice and patient. I never felt rushed to sign anything and he even took the time to answer all my questions. Everyone made me feel so welcome and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured—like at other dealerships. I love my new CR-V and my entire experience at Louisville Honda World! Thanks guys!! More

Arrived at the dealership at 2:30, went for a short drive and sat down to complete the lease about 3:30. After long negotiations and filling out a ridiculous number of forms we finally drove off at 7:30. Asked my wife if she wanted to go out to dinner. Her reply “ I just want to go home and forget this day!”. This was the worst car buying experience in my life and i’m 75 so I have bought a lot of cars. Our salesman (Lewis Ray) and the delivery specialist (Tailor Tandy). Both did a great job. But the process in between was absolutely excruciating! Several times during the process we were reminded that any rating below a 10 on the survey was unacceptable. We have never received a survey and I guess it is because they knew we were very unhappy. We love the car but if you cut down the number of forms you could reduce the almost $700 processing fee. More
