Failed to listen to my address and now I have to jump through hoops to get the information that they want. If they had just listened to me then they would have had a happy customer. The reason I gave the dealership only three stars is because I was not happy with Devin Roger’s aggressive behavior in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I told him up front that I was not interest because I was not happy with Devin Roger’s aggressive behavior in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I told him up front that I was not interested. I understand that he has to present the warranty and explain in detail what was involved and I understand the process. Devin continued to push the warranty and I expressed that I had no interest. After I believe eight to ten times I was irritated and about to walk out and tell the sales person Levi Williams that I was done. When I did see him he was very upbeat and I did not say anything about Devin I then had a great experience listening and learning the technical aspects from Levi. Dan shoved food in my face the entire time and treated me like family. He was highly communicative during the entire process and kept in contact via phone all morning until I got to the dealership. This car wasn't just a new car for me. It was a new start. The entire staff, sales manager, Internet Sales Manager and Dan treated me like a friend. This is my 3rd Hyundai but my first purchase from Lithia and I can't say how much I enjoyed and appreciated the attentiveness without the feeling of pressure. Thank you so much for everything.
