Vann York not only gave me the most competitive price but also made this experience very smooth for me. This is my first car and I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Mr Charles Martin assisted me in this process. He was extremely prompt in replying to my messages every time and helped me in every possible way to make me feel satisfied about the car that I'm purchasing. Fred and the entire Vann York dealership are wonderful. They are professional yet friendly and I drove all the way from Chicago to trade in the car I had purchased from them in 2013. These people need to get their crap together! worst place ever to try to get a NEW car. This is suppose to be one of the happiest times in a couples life... Not with the way we were dealt. This is the rudest ever to try to get a NEW car. This is suppose to be one of the happiest times in a couples life... Not with the way we were dealt. This is the rudest, non business sense, and non caring dealership I have ever dealt with. They need to learn how to have CUSTOMER SERVICE....and then when you can't get the help you need and you go to the top.... Levan Seperteladze will not return your calls nor make an appt to talk things out. He is never in the office!!!!!!! More

Worse place I have ever dealt with. Was guaranteed to have my vehicle on Monday and it is now Wednesday and no car! The vehicle I purchased is in Kinston which is only 2 1/2 hrs away and has been there f have my vehicle on Monday and it is now Wednesday and no car!
