I have bought multiple cars (new, used, cpo) over the last 40+ years…. But have to say this was the best experience I have had. Don’t think I ever worked with a car salesperson who knew half as much as last 40+ years…. But have to say this was the best experience I have had. Don’t think I ever worked with a car salesperson who knew half as much as Leticia did—about every car I tested. She really is a car expert. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I finally decided on which car I wanted to buy she made the process beyond easy: had everything arranged and organized with the finance representative and made sure the BMW version of “Apple Genius Bar” rep was available to go through everything with me. That was a nice plus- but probably not even necessary - because Leticia had already reviewed and told me all about the car. Love my new car and plan to keep awhile but I absolutely would go back and ask for Leticia’s help for my next car. More
