Not happy that Liberty charged me a diagnostic fee to replace the compressor shaft seal (which is under an extended warranty. Liberty also tried to charge me to recharge the air conditioning system claim replace the compressor shaft seal (which is under an extended warranty. Liberty also tried to charge me to recharge the air conditioning system claiming that besides the seal leak, other AC hoses were also leaking (which was “baloney” for lack of a better term). To replace the shaft seal the refrigerant must be replaced anyway! Liberty performed TWO multi point inspections one week apart. The first inspection said “serpentine belt was ok” and the second inspection said “serpentine belt is cracked and needs to be replaced”. I would like the diagnostic fee refunded please! More
