Horrible dealership, travel the extra miles to a different one. Purchased an accessory with a new vehicle and realized that it did not have it in the vehicle. Contacted the salesman to get the item different one. Purchased an accessory with a new vehicle and realized that it did not have it in the vehicle. Contacted the salesman to get the item that was paid for and not received. salesman said ill have it for you to pick up. Drive 20 min up there to retrieve he is not there, but the incompetent saleswoman was no help at all. she went to the mangers behind the glass 2x and would come back reporting they know nothing. I explain what the cheap overpriced item is for who and what vehicle and they want phone numbers and proof of a cheap item. Managers never came out from behind the glass to speak to me and then when contacted via phone giggled at the situation and said patience is a virtue. Disrespectful to a customer that should of had it in the car to begin with, and should of tried to make things right with a cheap item fix. Do not purchase a vehicle from here. They will sit back and laugh at ripping people off. More
