I started communicating with aron probably a year ago when i was just entertaining the idea of a new car. I found arron to be a laid back no pressure salesman and when i left that day i decided that this when i was just entertaining the idea of a new car. So when the offer came up with 0% financing then I decided to deal with arron and honda of kenosha. He made the whole experience of buying a car so easy and no stress and i sure do appreciate that. Then i delt with finance dept and they also continued that easy enjoyable experience and that includes the cashier. Looking forward to see how service dept is in near future. Thanks to all involved! Super overwhelmed that day due to car troubles but Leslie took great care of me. Such great assistance all around. Being told your transmission was malfunctioning isn’t something great to hear but Sam direct took great care of me. Such great assistance all around. The level of resilience and understanding and ability to connect in a personal level allowed me to feel at ease during this whole process.
