Dominique was super helpful and determined to get me a really good deal. I went there already knowing that I wanted the 2024 Honda Accord EX so the next steps were weighing my options. He was able to get me the best deal which allowed me to get exactly what I wanted. I even told him I have never felt so confident and reassured at any other dealership EVER. I just had my car serviced at Criswell Honda today and wanted to give Leslie a shoutout for being extremely professional! I was in the waiting area while she was dealing with a difficult customer who was wanted to give Leslie a shoutout for being extremely professional! I was in the waiting area while she was dealing with a difficult customer who was disputing almost everything on his bill and was trying to use expired coupons. Leslie remained extremely calm and professional and did not seem at all bothered by the difficult situation. Today was my first visit to Criswell and her professionalism won me over. I will be returning and I want her to be my service advisor! Well done Leslie! More

Haven't used any other Dealer and will not since Criswell Honda has the right team doing great work with every customer! I bought my vehicle from this Dealership and I personally haven't had an issue in rega Honda has the right team doing great work with every customer! I bought my vehicle from this Dealership and I personally haven't had an issue in regards to the service in a five year span and counting. When a service is needed, of course some things really don't need to be worked on but they always give it to me straight and I research their suggestion just to cross and compare and it works out for the best. I appreciate that! More
