Fred Anderson & Leslie Artis helped me get into my newest car his name is Onslo... a volkswagen passat. This encounter was a year ago almost to the day... i am very grateful for that experience and wish i had thouht about writing a review earlier. Took way to long and parts where kind of shady. I told them I didn’t not want o put up a review but they pushed it. Some was my fault but they kept me there for almost 4?hours. To buy a car I had all my financing in place new which car I was after. Should not have taken 4 hours. My recommendation buy somewhere else. Not a good experience ! More

This is the first time my wife and I purchased a vehicle together from a dealership. My wife wanted a Volvo XC90 and we had been unable to find one in our budget at a Volvo dealership. We found one she want together from a dealership. My wife wanted a Volvo XC90 and we had been unable to find one in our budget at a Volvo dealership. We found one she wanted at Fred Anderson and decided to take a look. Test drive went well and we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle. The dealership attempts to sale what is called Zurich Shield, a coating that protects the interior and exterior from stains. It cost $899. The vehicle had not been through inventory and been detailed yet, which is when they apply this coating. I specifically said that if the coating had not been applied yet, we would like to purchase the vehicle without it. They really tried to sell this coating and said that there was no way to avoid putting the coating on. I explained that if it hasn’t been applied yet I would not be paying for this to be applied. We were able to painstakingly negotiate the removal of this charge and agreement to not apply the coating. It was frustrating that the dealership was attempting to charge us for this “protection” on a $40,000+ car. We agreed to terms, purchased the vehicle, and scheduled delivery to our home. It took them a whole week to get the car detailed, inspected, and delivered to us. They delivered the car with no 30 day tags which had been discussed during our purchase. So after waiting for 1 week for delivery, we still had to wait to receive tags so we could actually drive the car. Thankfully we still had my wife’s old vehicle for her to drive. They overnighted the 30 day tags and they did arrive the next day. The car was not cleaned well at all, it was simply washed and not detailed. There were old raisins stuck to door panels on the interior, dirt in the seams of the seats, stains and blemishes that were easily removable were still present. The most dissatisfying thing was they used an abrasive cleaner on the leather driver seat which stripped the leather dye from the seat. As a result, we will not be getting the life out of this leather that we otherwise would have. Furthermore, there was a weatherproof rubber mat in the third row of the vehicle that was thrown away by the detail shop after I purchased the vehicle and it went through detailing. They did agree to pay for a replacement mat. The sales manager said they have used a third party detail company and have had issues like this in the past. To me, it is unacceptable to receive a car in this condition after spending so much money with this dealership. I was highly dissappointed in the cleaning of this vehicle, especially the damage to the front driver seat. Also, we were not given a spare key for the vehicle as they said it was never turned in by the previous owner. I asked them to please follow up with the previous owner to see if they could track down the spare key. There seemed to be no effort on their part to do this as I had to continuously call over the course of 2 weeks to see if they had found the key. They ended up just saying the previous owner did not ever receive a spare key. This may have been the case, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s just what I was told so they could get rid of me. Overall, I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again. Highly dissatisfied with our first ever car buying experience. More

Called and told Doc what I wanted… agreed on a price over the phone… I said “I wanted the truck and paperwork ready when I got there”…in and out in just over an hour!!! Record time for me!!!
