I have not used this Service Center. I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle was in possession I twice called the dealership to find out was going on. When the dealership failed to return both of my phone calls I drove to the dealership to find out what was going on and was told that the email was referring to the "pre delivery" inspection that was done prior to my purchasing the vehicle over two weeks prior. Now I'm being asked to rate the service that I never requested???? I'm starting to get a very bad feeling about Brandon Hyundai and my entire purchase. More

Received a notice my car was done from service department!! It wasn't. Told to sit and wait another 35 minutes looking at-my own car-which was sitting there with the keys in it. But hey at least I department!! It wasn't. Told to sit and wait another 35 minutes looking at-my own car-which was sitting there with the keys in it. No proper communication about car after the service. It would be better if they provide some sort of recommendations to the car, how car condition is and tips to take care of the car.
