Alain was nice and helpful , service dept was quick, Erik help me get accessories ordered and service put on the parts in a very timely manner. Typical obtuse car sales people and support staff including management. Didn’t listen to my requests, acted dumb when I brought up what was agreed upon earlier. Saw newly delivered cars speeding thro including management. Didn’t listen to my requests, acted dumb when I brought up what was agreed upon earlier. Saw newly delivered cars speeding through the parking lot which isn’t good for new cylinder rings etc…New car I picked up had mud smeared throughout and in the door buttons. Didn’t offer me a test drive before buying. Didn’t say anything to me when I left, it was just here’s an envelope with a key in it…. Bye, I guess. Just a weird experience. More
