Friends of ours bought a new car with less than 6-7000 miles and it broke down on their weigh to New Mexico for Spring Break. Sales dept may be ok but the service dept is crap. Daughter took her Jeep in for some work and was promised a call within the week with an estimate. 10 days later she called and they couldn't find her Daughter took her Jeep in for some work and was promised a call within the week with an estimate. 10 days later she called and they couldn't find her vehicle, no record. We had to go find the Jeep on their back lot for them, get the order number from the mirror and they still had no record. She was promised a call back that day, again 3 days later she had to call them and was given an outrageous estimate. Even for a couple things she hadn't even asked to have done. At this point it was obvious they didn't want to mess with her or her Jeep so we just went and got it. Took it to someone who knew what they were doing. Don't use these guys for anything. More

Stripped lug nut Needed a lug nut taken off that was stripped in order to mount new tire. Great service guy had spare lug nut.
