I am NOT a satisfied customer by far! Leon was great and very responsive, professional and did a great job. But your finance personnel (Horacio) failed terrible. Integrity and honesty are what makes a car dealership successful which creates return business. Your dealership failed on both of those fundamental aspects. It appears that this is your standard operating procedure based on your reviews from previous consumers returning their leased cars. My concerns were relayed to the GM who did not respond or return my call. I will not do business with your dealership AGAIN. It is sad, for over 20 plus years I've dealt with South Motors across the street, and I decided to try something different. MY MISTAKE, and that will not happen again. I will be telling everyone I know how dissatisfied I am about your dealership in the financial handling of my transaction and to not venture into your dealership seeking a lease or purchase. It should be noted that a negative response to individuals' performance is not accepted on this review.
