This review is to express my extreme dis-satisfaction with the service I received at Huntington Honda and the blatant lack of care/concern/decency and honesty as a response. Buyer Beware: On the evening with the service I received at Huntington Honda and the blatant lack of care/concern/decency and honesty as a response. Buyer Beware: On the evening of January 22, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Huntington Honda and was assisted by salesman Leomar "Leo" Santana. The following day when getting ready to get into the car, I noticed significant damage to the rims on the passenger side. I was distraught and contacted “Leo” to let him know immediately there was damage to the vehicle I had owned for no less than 12 hours. Leo told me that the damage was covered under warranty and to bring it back to the service center to have it repaired. So I took off from work and brought the car to the service center where I was then informed by Andrew that my warranty was not showing in the system and that “it was Hondas responsibility to fix that before selling it to me”. When I contacted Leo again and let him know there is no warranty showing in the system, he told me that Honda was not responsible for fixing the damage because I purchased the car like that. So he clearly knew the vehicle was damaged before purchase, when I came to see it, and instead of disclosing this to me he waited until I got home and told me that it wasn’t their problem. I paid way over market value for this vehicle because it was the one that I wanted, and I don’t feel that I received honest or transparent service from Leo and Huntington Honda and I would not recommend that anyone go here unless you appreciate deceptive, intentionally misleading sales practices and 0 culpability if anything goes wrong. I will be telling all my friends and family and everyone I know to stay away from this place. How I was treated is proof Huntington Honda does NOT care about their customers. Additionally when I reached out to request email contact information for a sales manager so I could tell them what was going on, I was stonewalled repeatedly and given their standard phone number to resolve the issue. So now I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General as well. More
