Ordered an Escalade - was told the price was 6k over MSRP which is ridiculous already but I agreed to it so I stuck by it. Asked specifically when agreeing to it about my lease rate and was told by Melissa which is ridiculous already but I agreed to it so I stuck by it. Asked specifically when agreeing to it about my lease rate and was told by Melissa that ‘they don’t play games with stuff on the back end’ so I will get the base money factor. 3 weeks later when the car arrives they tried loading 4K in extra costs in other parts of the loan…..and when called out said it ‘was a mistake in the software’. Then just said they were gonna charge me 3 times the base MF because that’s ‘what they do on Escalades’. Somehow….it equated to exactly 4K more for the car. The GM point blank told me ‘it’s my car and if you want it your gonna pay it’. Left with no choice and after paying deposits and buying accessories we relented. After having the car for a month the finance guy called and wanted another $200 so I could get my tag…comical. These people are common criminals. Do not ever buy a car from them. PS - all this is in writing also….didn’t even matter More

In November, My husband and I walked into this dealership to inquire about the New 2021 Escalade. We spoke to sales person Bethanie who explained that the SUV had to be ordered and if we ordered we would get to inquire about the New 2021 Escalade. We spoke to sales person Bethanie who explained that the SUV had to be ordered and if we ordered we would get by February the latest. So, we sat down with Neil and ordered the Cadillac to our preference. March came and I contacted Bethanie because I hadn’t heard from her or the dealership regarding our soon to be new car. Bethanie explained that due to manufacturing and covid our SUV was taking longer. On March 10 we walked into the dealership to get a more accurate status on the vehicle. Spoke to Sales Manager Leo who explained the inconvenience but who suggested a Platinum Escalade that was going to be available within the coming weeks. The difference from that one and the one we ordered was the interior. But we agreed on it anyways. I came home and emailed Bethanie about accepting the vehicle. March 22 we heard again from Bethanie she wanted us to come sign off the vehicle before it got there. We didn’t want to sign anything before seeing the actual car so told her to call or email when the vehicle came in. March 27 she emailed to say our original ordered truck came in before the Platinum. I was excites because it was what we wanted. So I go to the dealership to see the vehicle and it was a disappointment. It wasn’t what we ordered!! Than Bethanie comment when I said it wasn’t ours was. “Well it came with your name on it so you take it or take your money back” what a j*rk!! It wasn’t even about the money. It’s about the time spent waiting for a specific vehicle you actually want and customize to your preference. So when I asked about the platinum she told me it was sold. I asked to speak to management. Leo came and offered to find me a swap. He never did or tried. Guess what I had to do. Search for the Cadillac I wanted. & I found the one at Fairfields Cadillac in NH. 2 and half hours away from my home. But those people where amazing. They held the Cadillac for me to come see it. & within 3 days I was able to have it home. This Bethanie lady only cared about her commission at the end of the month. Not what the customer wanted. More
