I Love my Escalade Sport but very disappointed in Vera My car doesn’t even have 10,000 miles After the dealer initially fixed a few flaws from the factory it was delivered and the driver scuffed the w My car doesn’t even have 10,000 miles After the dealer initially fixed a few flaws from the factory it was delivered and the driver scuffed the wheel. Pictures were obvious that this was done and I was advised to paint it After spending 100,000 plus i would never do this !!!!! Finally service agreed to replace the wheel The next oil change was scheduled and while I was driving to the appointment I get a phone call that my appointment was cancelled and they will not service my car I continue to get phone calls on selling me a new car but they will not service the car they sold me WHAT IS GOING ON WITH VERA ARE YOU GETTING TOOOO BIG ? Vera bad Oops very bad I believe when things happen own up take care of your customers and the cars you sell them CADILLAC TRIED TO RESOLVE KINDLY AND WAS IGNORED 3 TImes Then because they are independent of course they have the right to sell you a car and not service the car they sell you More

Words can’t express how many countless times Gus & Leo have genuinely had my back. Rich definitely knows how to hire legends. I have more cars then I can handle but my Escalades..dealing or rather being have genuinely had my back. Rich definitely knows how to hire legends. I have more cars then I can handle but my Escalades..dealing or rather being covered by Gus’s leadership and customer service as well Leo’s knowledge literally make rotating these trucks manageable! They keep me going, literally! There’s no way I could maintain my fleet w superb excellence and in top shape of all my Escalades if it literally wasn’t for Rich (Vera Cadillac Superiority in Everything- Sales, Repairs, & Family like Mentality, his Customers Service for his clients and genuine love for his entire team) Gus (Genuine Customer Support, High Emotional Intelligence & Leadership) and Leo( Wickedly fast wit and know how w almost every model Cadillac) I wouldn’t be in business. Say what you want, for me hands down these guys have my back EVERY SINGLE TIME! Simply put, it’s Vera for me! More
