Everyone was super nice. Best dealership I’ve ever been to. Manager was a real stand up guy. Finance manager was my only complaint. He seemed like I was bothering him. He has assisted with the leasing process not only of my cars, but also for my son and daugh professionalism in a manner that eases customer anxiety. He has assisted with the leasing process not only of my cars, but also for my son and daughter. Another potential customer who accompanied me during my most recent visit, is now considering trading in his vehicle, and looks forward to working directly with Mr. Butterfield. Kent was also wonderful and conveyed a very helpful and positive attitude which resulted a positive outcome and the finance person was outstanding.
