Their unwillingness to work with us was a huge turn off, and there aggressive tactics were overwhelming. I don’t see myself going back no matter how good the deal nor visiting there sister dealerships. This is a dealership for people that are afraid to say this is too much or just have money to blow, because no haggle dealerships are making profiting big time. You could also tell that they were looking down on us because we looked younger and had less money. Don't judge a book by its cover, they treated us as if I knew nothing about what I was talking about, not know that I have worked hand and hand with Car sales departments for 5 years and have a B.S in Health information Technology. If I could put 0 stars I would have Lenard has to be the worst sales person I’ve had to deal with I asked him before I came from Tampa to Wesley Chapel would my monthly payments be under $500 he said yes I worst sales person I’ve had to deal with I asked him before I came from Tampa to Wesley Chapel would my monthly payments be under $500 he said yes I get there and they told me $660-$700 that really pissed me off then for him to offer me a nasty dirty car that I wouldn’t have even put my dog in and for him to think I would test drive it dirty is ridiculous. Then on top of that me being so angry didn’t notice the gas was almost to the E on the car I ended up purchasing and dog hair was everywhere I would not recommend this particular dealership to anyone.
