This is the worse dealership I’ve ever experienced. They refuse to honor my partner’s warranty and kicked us out of the dealership for being upset with their service. GM committed to investigating the situation and to call us back over a week ago. Instead, we had to make several calls that he did not accept, then had a worker call and tell my partner that they would not be honoring the warranty work that they called us in to fix. Do not buy a car from these people. They are not to be trusted. They told us to find a different dealer. Who says that to a customer who has just bought a $55,000.00 car from them? More

Service Manager Lenny Patram took extra care to ensure I had what I needed while waiting for the completion of my vehicle's oil change. Not only was he very patient (I forgot to present a coupon prior to t had what I needed while waiting for the completion of my vehicle's oil change. Not only was he very patient (I forgot to present a coupon prior to the start of service and he had to revise and reprint my invoice), he also provided additional information regarding my vehicle that will prove most useful while deciding next steps at lease end. The technician that actually serviced my vehicle also returned it in pristine condition. More
