For a supposed certified used Jeep dealership, the product that was sent to me was subpar. The moment I started my car and turned on the air-conditioning and let out a very raspy sounding noise. With product that was sent to me was subpar. The moment I started my car and turned on the air-conditioning and let out a very raspy sounding noise. With a quick Google search, it was clear that there was a little to no Freon in the air-conditioning unit. But of course when I questioned them, they said nope it definitely left our dealership working properly. So somehow over two days in 900 miles it lost all its Freon. The brakes caliper were corroded and were not looked at before sending it, they replaced two out of the four tires and the two ones that were on there were down to 4/32. If you look at the recommendations for certified jeeps, that means those also should’ve been replaced. For a thorough check they certainly didn’t check hardly anything at all. The engineer filter was not the correct model. The cabin air filter was in but upside down in both were filthy when I checked them and replace them as soon as I got the car. So clearly they were not trying at all. And for the ultimate slap in the face, even the dealership or the third-party title company they use drop the ball and did not get me my license entitled soon enough in the state that I live in so I had to go in on my own time and get an extension of one week. Which the sales person claimed to me would be at least two weeks from the sales date. With at least a dozen phone calls and the runaround I still have not gotten any resolution to this as no one from the dealership will contact me back after phone calls, and or emails. Maybe they are better in person but as far as remote, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly suggest not buying from this dealer if you’re doing it remotely and not test driving it. If you don’t believe me, read the reviews of people who have purchased a vehicle remotely and you’ll see that clearly I missed that as I would’ve never bought from the dealership after reading those reviews as well as this one, I’m writing currently. This was, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought my Chrysler Town & Country to this dealership at the beginning of March because I was experiencing transmission i have ever experienced. I brought my Chrysler Town & Country to this dealership at the beginning of March because I was experiencing transmission issues. The transmission had been replaced with a genuine Mopar transmission just 2½ years earlier and had only 14,000 miles on it. From the start, the dealership and Service Manager, Lenny Lightner, dismissed my concerns and insisted the transmission was not covered under warranty. Rather than taking the time to properly investigate or assist—which is all we were asking for—I was met with poor communication, a complete lack of professionalism, and what I felt were dismissive and threatening conversations. At no point did I feel like anyone was interested in helping resolve the issue. Because of the way I was treated, I took my van to another Chrysler dealership for a second opinion. They reviewed the situation, confirmed the transmission was, in fact, covered under the Mopar warranty, and replaced it with a brand-new genuine Mopar transmission at no cost to me. The contrast between the two dealerships was remarkable. One refused to help and threatened to have my vehicle towed if I did not remove it immediately. The other honored the warranty, treated me with respect, and resolved the issue professionally. I strongly recommend that you do not use this service department for any reason. More

Run don't walk away from the service department. Worst service from customer care, to being honest about repairs. Don't bother complaining to management because they have little or no concern about Worst service from customer care, to being honest about repairs. Don't bother complaining to management because they have little or no concern about the incompetence that surrounds them, paid $1900 and left with no repairs completed. They will not inform you that parts are not available and are on back order. The issue is they don't tell you that Back Order means it may be in a week, or 2, More

I have a 2014 Chrysler 300. It has less then 50,000 miles on it as of 11/15/2025. When I purchased it, I bought a "life time warranty". Recently when I turned on the defrosters It has less then 50,000 miles on it as of 11/15/2025. When I purchased it, I bought a "life time warranty". Recently when I turned on the defrosters to clear up my windshield, the windshield got so fogged up and the defroster seemed to make the worse so that I couldn't even see out the window. At first, the service department said there wasn't anything wrong. I wrote a strong review about how they kept my car for a while and couldn't fix it. They contacted me and ended up replacing the heater core. Well, that didn't fix the problem. So I was driving down the express way and the windows fogged up again and got worse when I turned on the defrosters. I was right by the dealership and pulled in to show then the problem. They stated to drop off the car and they would see if they could find the problem. When we were talking about how I felt very scared to drive the car in the winter as the windows keep fogging up, I was told "then don't drive your car in the winter, or you can just buy a new vehicle". They took the car in again and came to the conclusion that the door panels were warped. Not covered by the life time warranty. They wanted to charge me $2,700 to replace the door panels to correct the problem. I declined as I can't afford that amount of money and they couldn't guaranty that this would solve the problem. I had made many calls to discuss this problem with 3 different people from the service department and also the general manager of the dealership and no on ever called me back. The operator asked me if I wanted to leave a message and I told her no because no one EVER calls me back. She assured me that she would note on her message that I needed to be called back. I never got a call back - again!!!! The first visit to fix the fogged up windows, I also requested to have the oil changed. Paid for it when I picked up the car. Two weeks later, I was toping off the fluids on the car and just checked the dipstick. The oil was black. Took it back to the service department and they said, "Oh, I guess they forgot to change the oil". Gave me a "free" oil change. I took the car into a different Chrysler dealership for them to look into the fogged up windows and within 2 hours they called me and told one sensor needed to be replaced. I got my car back the next day and it was covered by the life time warranty. I will never go back to Suburban Chrysler of Farmington Hills again. I really think that your service techs need to receive a lot more training to be able to repair a car correctly. More
