I walked into Mercedes-Benz of Union NJ last weekend and was greated by two receptionist who were extremely professional and hospitable. The receptionist introduced me to a salesperson by the name of Lenny was greated by two receptionist who were extremely professional and hospitable. The receptionist introduced me to a salesperson by the name of Lenny Inserra. Lenny was excellent. He made my car purchasing experience enjoyable and seamless. His customer service skills are impeccable. The entire process was fast, painless and professional starting from the receptionist, to Lenny, the manager, and the cashier. If you're in the market to purchase a new or Certified Pre-owned Mercedes, I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Union NJ and request Lenni Inserra as your salesperson. Lenny is very professional and has deep knowledge on the car options we were looking for, he made extra efforts to get us the right car and documentation and handling has been instrumental.
