My search for a Mercedes product started in Morristown, about a mile from my office. After being confused and stymied by the experience of cars on the dealer's website that either "didn't exist" or "became unavailable," I went to Ray Catena Union. I started on the phone with an e-specialist, Arealle Rouach, who helped me quickly focus my search. I was then handed to Lenny Inserra, and things progressed nicely and quickly. Lenny is a "yes" guy who wants the customer to be comfortable, happy and satisfied. He achieves all three objectives (or did with me, at least). He is an excellent representative of the Mercedes brand and especially of the Catena family of dealerships (and even more particularly the Union dealership). Lenny is friendly and approachable and doesn't waste the customer's time or his. We were able to do the majority of the "deal" in a few phone calls and a couple of emails. The potential complications/challenges were a corporate lease, an ABA discount and a trade-in of an older non-MB automobile. With each challenge, Lenny made it seem like I was doing him a favor when he was helping me. Lenny worked around my schedule for the signing party and the delivery of the car, which went seamlessly (even with all of the potential challenges). The entire experience was very low impact on me and was actually very, very pleasant. It is impossible to compare the two MB experiences (the failed one in Morristown and the absolutely excellent one in Union). I will shortly be looking to get us out of a BMW (another car in the household) and into something else. After my experience with Lenny Inserra and Ray Catena of Union, I strongly suspect it will be a Mercedes Benz from Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Union working through Lenny. I will recommend Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Union and Lenny Inserra to any and all who will listen to me.. He is a professional that I look forward to working with again in the future. More

However, to my surprise from the door (receptionist) to the exit with my vehicle, it was so AMAZING. There was no haggling over price, now pressure to purchase, but I was treated like I was buying the most expensive car there.
