Great buying experience!! I was buying my wife an expedition as a surprise and Bill Hood made the experience so easy....we worked a trade deal, the new purchase and a plan for I was buying my wife an expedition as a surprise and Bill Hood made the experience so easy....we worked a trade deal, the new purchase and a plan for getting the new one delivered, all while being 170 from apart, everything went perfectly with the help of their staff.....I will definitely be using Bill Hood again....thanks to everyone involved, my wife loves her graduation surprise!!!! People easy to do business with. I inquired on the Bill Hood website regarding the vehicle I was interested in acquiring. I was contacted in a timely manner and set up an appointmen I inquired on the Bill Hood website regarding the vehicle I was interested in acquiring. I was contacted in a timely manner and set up an appointment. When I got to the dealership I was introduced to my sales consultant Leif, he had the vehicle I was interested in on standby and we took a test drive. When I found another vehicle I liked Leif and the finance guys gave me purchase and lease options. The whole process was quick, friendly and trouble free. It took approximately 3 hours and I was driving home in my new car. More
