Unbelievable Within 3 days of purchasing a pre owned vehicle it had a tire explode liquid dripping from engine and trim around door fell off it is a lemon but we t Within 3 days of purchasing a pre owned vehicle it had a tire explode liquid dripping from engine and trim around door fell off it is a lemon but we took it back to the dealer to make it right after giving them the opportunity to correct the problem and stand behind what they sell this manager approached my husband like he was going to fight him after some choice words were exchanged truly unbelievable! How do these people stay in business? I sincerely hope some will step up and take ownership of the fact we were sold a lemon we choose to buy through them and not craigslist for this exact reason. I hope to not have to further escalate this issue as i am willing to do but all im asking is to make what you just sold us 3 days ago right More

I'm looking to trade my 2013 Veloster, and found a car I like on the Toyota Knoxville web site, so I went by to see it. But -- instead of being able to drive through and find the car, take a quick look, and decide if I was interested, I found myself forced to enter through the showroom, so I'm forced to interact with a sales person BEFORE I decide if I'm interested or not. I walked past the barrier and looked for the car. It had started to rain, so I have up and left and won't be back. They can do as they wish, but if u want to FORCE me to interact with a salesman, then u don't deserve my business. POOR BUSINESS DECISION, IN MY OPINION !! More
