Both Lee and George Wall are the absolute best! I originally started bringing my 2004 Expedition in for its service needs as I came from out of state. Well after 12 years I decided to trade in for an explorer. George Wall took great care of me and 7 years later now I’m trading in again for a new ride. What can I say, I love my Ford vehicles and even better George Wall Ford, where customer service and personal attention still mean something. How can you not love a business that treats you like a member of their own family! I can’t say enough about Lee - he was so wonderful to work with and made sure I was comfortable with my choice of vehicle. Lee took his time, never rushed me and was always professional, honest and considerate. He listened to what I said and gave me options to consider. I really can’t imagine a better car shopping experience than what I received from Lee and George Wall Ford. Thank you! And thanks to Freddy, Gio and Juan as well for your patience and support! I had a great experience with this dealership. I called them to get information. They followed up and I came in. I always dread when I have to buy a new car. I hate the high pressure environment a I called them to get information. They followed up and I came in. I always dread when I have to buy a new car. I hate the high pressure environment and the feeling you are in a poker game. These guys were straight-up and the experience was relaxed and low-key. I told them the vehicle I wanted...they found it. I took a test drive. They figured out the cost. They found an incentive and their offer was close. They let me think about it without pressuring me. I asked them to see what they could do to get closer to what I was looking for. The asked me if they did what I asked would I buy the car now. I said yes, we, shook hands and made the deal. I would highly recommend them. More
