I had a great experience with this dealership. I called them to get information. They followed up and I came in. I always dread when I have to buy a new car. I hate the high pressure environment and the feeling you are in a poker game. These guys were straight-up and the experience was relaxed and low-key. I told them the vehicle I wanted...they found it. I took a test drive. They figured out the cost. They found an incentive and their offer was close. They let me think about it without pressuring me. I asked them to see what they could do to get closer to what I was looking for. The asked me if they did what I asked would I buy the car now. I said yes, we, shook hands and made the deal. I would highly recommend them. More

I work directly with Paul Palermo and we closed two separate deals in about 15 minutes. The service department is helpful with any questions I may have. I took two cross-country trips in the past two years and the Ford Edge and the Mustang took the mountains like billy goats and the flats like the Pony Express. The salesman are wonderfully helpful. Joe Celli can program my stereo in 30 seconds flat. If you don't feel in sync with the salesman you work with, ask for Paul. He will either take care of you himself or match you with a rep more attuned to the way you like to buy your cars. More

The sales personnel are extremely nice and very hopeful I was interested in a 2019 Lincoln MKC this past summer. The sale personnel were very helpful and nice. Great job, Service! My 2016 Ford Explorer had a problem with the gear shifter that affected other electrical components. I was going to need a loaner vehicle while my SUV was being repaired. However, sometimes, there is a problem with getting a loaner. This time I was fortunate enough to get one the early evening of New Year's Eve weekend. Matt, Justin, and Augie (all in service) did a great job correcting the repair issues (all under Warranty). Augie even drove to my home to swap the loaner for my SUV. Sales and Service do go above and beyond to satisfy their customer. I must admit, George Wall provides better and more friendly service than the Land Rover dealer when I had my Discovery. Again, 5 stars to George Wall Ford Lincoln! More

Bait and Switch I was in the market to lease a new Lincoln MKC and return my Ford Edge that the lease was due in May. I went to Dana Ford in Staten Island and when I I was in the market to lease a new Lincoln MKC and return my Ford Edge that the lease was due in May. I went to Dana Ford in Staten Island and when I got my Edge and they offered me a price of $487 per month for 36months lease at 10.5K miles per year and $2500 down. I told them no way it was very high and they came back with$350 per month with same terms. I was very upset and decided to contact George Wall Lincoln since Dana Ford didn't value my loyalty. I spoke to two people Joe and Ken from George Wall Lincoln and explained to them for over 30mins my situation. They asked me to come in from Staten Island and promised that they will not waste my time and beat the price from Dana for a new MKC. My wife and I drove for 45 mins each wasy plus toll and gas only to be told go back to Dana Lincoln we can beat the deal. This was total bait and switch and they totally lied and made us drive for almost 2hours. I would never recommend anyone to use these guys and yes Dana did offer and we have a new MKC for $350 per months with $2500 down and 36month. They told us that Dana was going to do a bait and switch and give us an Escape instead of a MKC. Obviously they were wrong. This dealership is dishonest to make people drive 2 hours plus gas and toll to tell me something totally different from what was promised on the phone and I pushed hard to make sure they had ALL the facts and was told no problem we will beat the price. The sad part NO one even apologized especially Joe who made the promise and made us come in. I run 500mill in hotels across the US and we would be out of business with this kind of customer service and dishonesty. So heads up to anyone driving long distance to see these guys make sure they give you a firm price on the phone so you dont have to go through what we did. More

outstanding vehicle buying experience I was in the process of considering a new vehicle and was considering a lincoln and a F150. As a long time Mercedes and Lexus owner, i was considering upgrading my 98 MB (which is in prestine condition) and considering another benz. I received a "lincoln date nite promotion which allowed me to test a lincoln for 48 hours. I was also considering a pick up of which they had an beautiful King Ranch on the lot. I drove the pick up and had the lincoln for 2 days. Denise DeMarco was my intitial contact after responding to an internet inquiry, and she was great in her discussions with me. when i got to the dealership i was introduced to Joe Celli, who was (and is my sale person). Kate Sagitova arranged the date nite (test drive of the lincoln. Pat was the person who ultimately worked with me on the signing of the papers. to make a long story short, i leased a F150 King Ranch as the quality and luxury was superb. the lincoln is quality also, but emotionally did not fit. there are three important factors when i acquire a car--1. Quality of the car company and products--Ford has met and exceeded this area. 2. Quality of the dealership-George Wall has a great reputaton and this was displayed in working with Kate,Denise and Joe; 3, Attitude and sales person approach to "sellng". Joe Celli is a long time employee of George Wall (20+years) and his approach is not a hard sell, or to be candid, not like a "car saleman" of bygone eras. He was not pushy, but informative, considerate and very knowledgable of the products. As we all know we have choices on where we can buy a car. this dealership is about 20 miles from my home, and i could have bought at a ford dealership 2 miles away. i bought from George Wall because of Joe Celli. he made the buying experience of a new vehicle a pleasure. highly recommend George Wall Ford and working with Joe Celli. And note I have not had an american made product in over 25 years. Thank you Joe, Kate, Denise and Patty you were great also. More
