The engine is totally screwed and I will provide pictures of whats going through my engine that AUDI was comfortable ripping me off on. Even after replacing all of these items im still having issues. Audi claimed with their carfax that all maintenance was done at AUDI, but when we opened the engine, every single part including manifold gaskets were glued into place with heavy amounts of silicone sealant. I purchased a used q5 here about a month ago. Within that month of leaving the dealership, the car started having issues in multiple areas that did not show any issues during the test drive. The front tire popped from being so dry rotted that i had to instantly replace all 4 tires. The air conditioning ran during test drive, but stopped working the next time i turned it on after getting home. ALL KINDS of clunking and banging coming from the front end suspension all of the sudden that made 0 noise during the test drive. Im not sure if they had the service department tighten everything enough to make it stay quiet for a couple of days, but ive never had any of my prior vehicles have THIS many problems within the first 1,000 miles of purchasing it. And as of today the thermostat failed on the vehicle leaving me with even more repairs. I get why the dealership makes you sign a piece of paper stating you wont drive the used vehicle through their showroom if you're unhappy. Tim has responded back to my reviews claiming he would love to help, but its been TWO WEEKS since leaving him a voicemail and I have not heard a peep from anyone there. More
