In and out quickly I had to wait a few minutes to see a service advisor, but once things got rolling I was out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. Service for Recall After receiving a letter alerting me to a serious recall for Tacoma rear leaf springs, I immediately contacted Maita Toyota. Initially, i was told th After receiving a letter alerting me to a serious recall for Tacoma rear leaf springs, I immediately contacted Maita Toyota. Initially, i was told that the kit was on back-order and that it may take as much as 6 weeks for it to arrive. Made sense, theres a lot of Tacomas out there. Well two weeks later the kit was in and I was scheduled to come in 2 days later. The gentleman that greeted me was professional and very personable. We chatted about work, my military past and the holidays. Made me feel very at ease. 6 hours later my truck was ready and the same gentleman was there to sign me out. I truly appreciated being treated like an old friend and definitely hope others will come to Maita Toyota for all their auto needs. THANKS MAITA!!! More

The best of the best MR Lee is always on top of things, he is always updating either it’s bad or good news but he makes sure customer is up to date and well taken care of. Oil change I went in for an oil change and the rep, Lee, took care of me. He was nice and friendly, engaged in a conversation and asked about my day etc. They di I went in for an oil change and the rep, Lee, took care of me. Maita Toyota maintains a high standard of professionalism while able to keep it friendly and greet you like you are part of a family. My first purchase was back in 1984. 1983-Celica. 1984-Celica (1988) 1996 Avalon (2001) 2000 Avalon (2002) Just had some work done on the 2000 Avalon. Junko took great care of my car and it was a pleasure to do business with her. Nothing negative about any one else ever, Steve Morris you are missed! You do pay some good cash when you get work done here, but you know all the parts are top notch original parts and that the work is done correctly, promptly, and it is backed! I was very impressed w/ the service & the service providers. The facility is very neat & clean. I was taken care of very quickly and professionally. What impressed me the most was since the services to be provid The facility is very neat & clean. I was taken care of very quickly and professionally. What impressed me the most was since the services to be provided was to be more than an hour I was offered a free ride home (about 4 miles) with Lyft and a free pick up Uber ride back to Maita when the services were completed. My car was ready & waiting for me. The service staff kept my car neat & clean as I had left it. Overall I am very impressed with the services I get at Maita Toyota. I am very happy with my 2017 Toyota Prius! More
