Great Service Team! Maita Toyota has a great service team! They are friendly and helpful, take care of the service you are in for, and let you know if there are an other Maita Toyota has a great service team! They are friendly and helpful, take care of the service you are in for, and let you know if there are an other things your car might need (e.g. wiper blades, etc.). Their prices are fair, and they always let you decide what you want to do. Honestly, it's easier to just have them do it. Over 12 years and two cars, I've never had a car break down on the freeway. If it's just a service, get a cup of coffee, do some emails, watch the news on TV, and they are usually done in 45 minutes to an hour. If its something bigger and they need the car for a few hours, they'll arrange an UBER to and from work. More

The second I called regarding a (recall service required by the DMV) the customer representative immediately took care of the service needs. She was totally courteous and responded professionally to set up by the DMV) the customer representative immediately took care of the service needs. She was totally courteous and responded professionally to set up an immediate appt. On arrival the next morning the service staff was very courteous and very helpful. The service intake staff was also courteous and presented himself in a very professional demeanor. As a customer I will most definitely come back to Maita Toyota for service on my TOYOTA COROLLA LE PLUS!! More

Great experience. I brought my Tacoma in to get new keys and fobs and to get them programmed. I also wanted Maita to check my suspension and my brakes, fully expecting I brought my Tacoma in to get new keys and fobs and to get them programmed. I also wanted Maita to check my suspension and my brakes, fully expecting to need new brakes on the rear. Happily for me, the brakes only needed to be cleaned and adjusted and my suspension was ok. It not only saved me money but reconfirmed why I'm still willing to pay the extra that going to a dealer for service costs, because I've come to trust Maitas doing what I need and not just selling me parts and service I don't really need. I know that even when something doesn't go the way expected, the guys at Maita will do what it takes to do the best they can to fix it. More

Paying for service On 09/20/2019, I brought in my 2017 Prius for service and a rattle in the dash. The rattle was diagnosed as a lose geo sensor lens cover. I was charg On 09/20/2019, I brought in my 2017 Prius for service and a rattle in the dash. The rattle was diagnosed as a lose geo sensor lens cover. I was charged $160.00 for this service, which I previously reviewed as being unreasonable as I believe this rattle is a defect. I haven’t had any feedback about my complaint. Then on October 1, while attempting to use my GPS my Prius kept giving me inaccurate driving instructions. I finally used my iPhone to get to where I needed. As I drove to Maita Toyota on Business 80, my Prius GPS showed me to be in Natomas and driving off-road. I was told that I needed to make an appointments for this repair. On October 7, 2019, I took my car in to Maita Toyota. After a 3-1/2 hour wait, my car was repaired. It was found that the antenna was not plugged in. So now not only have I paid for a service that I didn’t feel I should have and now I spent 3-1/2 hours more of my time for a related mistake or problem. I believe that Inshould n Be reimbursed for the $160.00. More

Great Service My service was excellent. I arrived 2 hours early and was taken care of by Lee. Car was done in kess time than quoted even with having more maintena My service was excellent.
