The undercarriage of my car has a panel that needs clips. I was told it would cost $500 to correct. I believe this is an intentionally design flaw that requires repair and should be paid for by Toyota. I pai I was told it would cost $500 to correct. Mayne I should request a refund of that large fee and go somewhere else for my repairs In the future. After my loyalty to your company this feels like a betrayal. Thank you. More

I feel like the staff are willing to answer questions and well trained to provide customer service. I feel more confident coming here than the closer Toyota dealership to our home, Maita staff seem to pay mo well trained to provide customer service. I feel more confident coming here than the closer Toyota dealership to our home, Maita staff seem to pay more attention to detail even with an oil change. I will say that waits are long, even with an appointment, and sometimes there is pressure from people to perform services that I just can't pay for or don't seem needed but that seems pretty common for any shop. The employees at Maita Toyota have always been cordial and helpful. I was informed of what the service entailed, the cost (prepaid service at time of sale) and approximate completion time.
