After being a Ford owner with terrible service here in Sacramento, I have found my new Toyota experience over the past 2 years to be a breath of fresh air! Not only is it easy to make an appointment onli Sacramento, I have found my new Toyota experience over the past 2 years to be a breath of fresh air! Not only is it easy to make an appointment online, the service at drop off is quick, efficient and extremely friendly. They do not waste my time telling me it is going to take longer than it actually does for service or repairs. The waiting room is also customer focused with internet, a coffee shop etc. I am very happy with this dealership overall! More

The parts dept wouldn't order the parts I need without a deposit or confirmed appt. Since when?? Look at my service history with Maita since 2008. I scheduled the appt. They ordered the wrong parts. Service people were friendly and cooperative, as always. When I paid the minimal bill, I was told everything had checked out perfectly. Alas, as I found out later, the battery had tested poorly. Perhaps I could have noticed, but since I had been told everything was fine, I didn't look at the written verbiage. In my mind, there was no need. Verbal notification from Maita would have helped immensely, as the next day our battery died and it was a hassle finding a replacement, with several unnecessary hours consumed. When I returned to Maita, to sort this out, Qerim was phenomenally helpful. Not just good, but tremendous. More
