Follow up and customer service was exceptional with Lee Motley and later with Bobby obtaining a warranty on my new-to-me used car. From seeing the car on CarGuru and then reviewing the free CarFax on Randy Motley and later with Bobby obtaining a warranty on my new-to-me used car. From seeing the car on CarGuru and then reviewing the free CarFax on Randy Curnow Buick GMC's website to traveling from Springfield to KC, KS, the communication was open and prompt. We were greeted outside after pulling in and parking--Lee was waiting for us! I would buy again from this dealership! Every step was incredibly smooth. More
