I have given Certified Benz and Beemer a 5/5 because they are in my opinion one of the best independent car dealerships i have ever come across. I worked with Jeff Hallenbeck who was the contradiction to any used car salesman he was personable polite and patient, as well as helpfull and very knowledgeable. It was a no pressure expierience to the end and I love my well thought out choice. The finance department was very fast faster than the big name brand dealerships out here. There was even a small problem with my trade in procedure and they helped me out with that too!! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know and from now on Certified has my business. I came looking for the "perfect" car. Little did I know I would be finding it at the FIRST PLACE we stopped. We had a very specific price range that we needed to work within. He was friendly, knowledgeable & not pushy (which is the BEST kind of salesman). I never thought he would be able to find me the car that I wanted in the price range that was necessary - but he did! We took the BMW on a test drive. Chris was awesome...allowing us to have fun and showing us what a trustworthy and fun person he really was. It was different from any other car shopping experience I had ever had. Felt like a friend just looking out for me and my family. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris to ANYONE...as well as send them to this amazing dealership to find their car of choice. My wife and I went into B&B about a month ago just looking, not really ready to buy. When we arrived we walked aroud the lot for a few minutes and Chris Bonhote came out and introduced himself to us. looking, not really ready to buy. We told him no, and he handed us his card and told us if we had any questions he would be right inside. Unheared of at any car dealer, new or used. Just let the customer walk around and look without shadowing them? We had a few questions for Chris and he answered them straight forward and to the point. We thanked him and left. On 3/22/12 we went out looking for a car for her. We went to 4 dealers around Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa. We went back to Benz & Beemer and talked to Chris about a 350Z that they had. He told us it was getting detailed and he would have it brought up to the dealer. We were talking about the car and found out it was a coupe not a convertable. Chris asked if we would be interested in another make of car and we said sure. He showed us a 2000 Porsche Boxter, black convertable. It was actually cheaper than the 350Z and had less miles. My wife fell in love with the car and we took it out for a drive. We bought it and ALL the paper work was completed in less than an hour and we were on our way. We can not say enough about Chris and the dealership, Certified Benz & Beemer, all of the employees we polite and courteous to us. There was never any pressure to buy anything from them. Chris called us 2 days later just to make sure we were happy with the car and wanted to know if we had any questions. He reminded us that we had an appointment on Thursday to come in and have the windows tinted and the door edge guards but on. He told us come in anytime it is conveient for us. I told him that he is totally contradicting the used car salesman persona. Polite, not pushy and he was treating the customer like a friend not a conquest. We would refer all of our friends and family to Chris, at Certified Benz & Beemer. I knew I wanted a BMW but had never looked or driven one so I really didn't know exactly what I wanted. Jeff gave my husband and I the space and time to look at everything, sit in everything and was close so I really didn't know exactly what I wanted. Jeff gave my husband and I the space and time to look at everything, sit in everything and was close enough to answer questions without ever hovering (which is what I hate about most car dealers). I needed to sleep on it so Jeff emailed all the details and photos of the car I was interested in. The next day he again was there without any pressure. Looking at all the cars, I got the feeling this dealer "cherry picks" it's inventory. Every car was immaculate and beautiful. We painlessly bought a car that second day and feel we paid a fair price for a quality car. I would definetly return to Benz and Beemer and will tell everyone about Jeff. Thank you Benz and Beemer. I love my first BMW!! More

Customer service was excellent. We considered the price to be very fair and the car we purchased was in excellent condition. We also appreciated being offered the option of saving state sales tax since we to be very fair and the car we purchased was in excellent condition. We also appreciated being offered the option of saving state sales tax since we were taking the car to Canada within 90 days of purchase. Everyone we met at the dealership was very welcoming and friendly and Markus was a pleasure to deal with. No high-pressure sales tactics to cope with, just a reasonable price. More
