I purchased a 3 series from this dealership 2 years ago and it was one of those experiences where it was so easy I assumed at some point I'd find out I'd been "had." I am a young female who knows little ab and it was one of those experiences where it was so easy I assumed at some point I'd find out I'd been "had." I am a young female who knows little about cars, and my experience purchasing this vehicle was great. I wasn't pressured, I got a fair deal on my trade in and a good price on the new car, good financing, and an easy process overall with people who were more than willing to take time to explain whatever I had questions about. While I had a great experience purchasing my car, the real reason I will be a repeat customer of this dealership is because of the service team. Bryan has patiently answered a barrage of questions from me and has always given me an honest opinion and a fair quote on services that are needed. I've taken my car into CBB to check out service lights, or reset my oil change reminder, or ask questions about quotes I'd received from other mechanics... and they've handled these as a courtesy to me, the customer (while the "big box" dealerships, who treat you as invisible unless you're looking to buy a car, were quoting me $90 to do the same thing). These guys repeatedly demonstrate that CBB operates with honesty and integrity, and that they care about creating lifetime customers. I love my 3 series and when I want to trade up in a couple of years (and I will, I love driving a BMW), I won't be going to BMW of North Scottsdale, I will be going to Certified Benz and Beemer. More

My mother and I went to Certified Benz & Beemer to look at a vehicle they had. I had went to many dealerships the previous day without my mom to pick out the best ones. Originally I was looking at to look at a vehicle they had. I had went to many dealerships the previous day without my mom to pick out the best ones. Originally I was looking at small dealers and the internet for cars in the lower price range but most that I had checked out had alot of hidden problems and since I worked as a mechanic I knew what to look for. So later that afternoon after checking various dealerships Certified Benz & Beemer called me. Surely I thought just by the name I would be looking at cars way above my price range, So I figured I would just go there and see what the car I wanted was like in perfect condition and how it drives with no problems. When I arrived they had an amazing building/showroom reinforcing my idea that this car was going to be way to expensive for me. In the building I met with Cheryl Evans the lady I had spoken with on the phone. Right away she brought me upstairs to the car I was interested in. When I saw the car It looked much nicer then other ones I have seen driving around, I knew then that was the one I wanted. Cheryl let me take it on a test drive and I could feel that this car was in great condition. Now the only thing I thought was keeping me from buying it was the price. When I asked about how much it would be I was shocked, they were asking under what some of the previous dealerships wanted and this was twice the car with half the problems. Then I knew that my search was over I had found the one I feel so cool driving around in my new car and my girlfriend loves being in it. So long story short, this is definetly a great place to find your car, every car on the lot is nice and there are no bad car choices at this dealership. I would recomend them to anyone looking to buy a car new or used. I would also definetly recomend talking to Cheryl Evans. She is definetly the best sales consultant I have had. She is alot of help and she is very trustworthy which is a very good thing since not alot of sales consultants are. SHE WAS GREAT YOU CAN'T GO WRONG ASKING FOR HER, I definetly had a great experiance. I will tell my friends and family about Certified Benz and Beemer and I will tell them to talk to Cheryl Evans. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I was a little nervous about purchasing a used car online. After some discussion with Lee I took the risk, and I am glad I did. The 2000 BMW M Roadster is everything I could have hoped for, and I go online. After some discussion with Lee I took the risk, and I am glad I did. Overall the experience was good. I was there to see a range rover as I had been thinking about one for a while and wanted to get it out of my mind if I was not to like it or like it.
