Worse experience I've ever had at a dealership repair shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wa shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wasn't running, and they took $3,400 to do nothing to make the car run. I even had to take it to another mechanic for an additional $2,100 of repairs, totaling $5,500 for something that should have cost only $800. Biggest fail in the history of all repair shop fails. They think they should get a participation trophy (ie. your money) just for trying to repair your car, not actually fixing it, but just for trying. There is something wrong with that kind of thinking. It makes them unethical and not trust worthy, and they will not work with you to actually fix your car after they've done nothing to fix it but still taking your money. And they will blame you and make excuses and then do nothing but take the money and run and leave you with a car that's not fixed. More
