Despite giving them a heads-up that I’m a particular customer, I was ignored for nearly an hour—seemingly due to my casual attire and youthful appearance. The experience left me feeling judged and disappointed. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the EQS sedan and SUV, including the specific trims I wanted to explore. When I booked the appointment, I even apologized upfront for being a bit of an annoying, picky customer, hoping to ensure the process would be smooth. I arrived early and decided to walk around the showroom while I waited. The front desk attendant was incredibly kind—she greeted me warmly, apologized for the wait, and offered me water. After I informed her of my appointment, she called the salesperson, letting them know I had arrived. Despite being the only customer in the showroom, I was completely ignored by the sales team. The front desk tried multiple times to reach my salesperson, but they never responded. I waited 37 minutes past my scheduled appointment time without a single acknowledgment or approach from any salesperson. Finally, I decided to leave. As I was getting into my car, I received a call from the dealership. I explained that I needed to make some work calls but would be parked outside for another 20 minutes. I even described my car and location, saying that if a salesperson came out, I’d be willing to return inside. I completed my calls, waiting the entire time, but was still ignored. One salesperson eventually came outside, made direct eye contact with me, but instead of approaching, got into their own vehicle and drove away. Coming from a family that works with Mercedes-Benz, I chose this dealership on their recommendation. However, it was clear that I was judged based on my appearance—I was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt after a day of hiking. The assumption seemed to be that I wasn’t a serious buyer because of how I looked, despite some salespeople appearing to be around my own age. I hope this experience was an isolated incident limited to the staff on duty that day, as it seriously undermined my trust in a brand that I had previously respected and valued. More

Words can not express my graditute for the good folks at Mercedes-Benz of Novi. From the operator (Rose) who took my call and determined the best person to speak to regaurding my mothers vehical, to the loc Mercedes-Benz of Novi. From the operator (Rose) who took my call and determined the best person to speak to regaurding my mothers vehical, to the location Manager who patiently listened to my concerns, followed up by the service Manager who was absolutely the key to this stories success and lastly, the used Mercedes-Benz sales individual that made my life and my mothers life a dream come true. Here's the readers diegest verson of my mind blowing experience with people who love thier jobs, care about thier company to go the extra mile, and who are devoted to thier loyal customers well being, safety and happiness. My mother's 20 year old Mercedes SUV died last week, she didn't know that though because the service department wanted to make her happy by trying to fix it. When I got a frantic call at work from my mother explaining what was going on, I knew, I knew right then something had to be done and done right. So I called Mercedes-Benz of Novi and introduced myself as my mother''s daughter and how I needed help with my mothers car after learning that it had turned into a dead vehical and too dangerious to drive. Everyone I spoke to, listened, shared their thoughts, helped me form a plan to right the situation and also helped me spring into action. Each person said the same thing," I would not let my mother nor my grandmother drive that vehicle anymore", "Its too dangerious". I felt the same way whole heartedly. So within 24 hrs, my mother stepped into a used 2020 Mercedes-Benz, because nothing compares to a Mercedes in my mothers eyes and nothing drives like one either. It's shiny silver, just like my mother likes things......Shiney, it drives like a dream, it's got a warrenty, it's got all the bells and whistles and the good people of Mercedes-Benz of Novi took the time to teach my 75yr old mother tips and tricks of the car. The extra care the sales guy (Mr.Wheeler) took to get my mother, be sure her extra key went back to the valet at her apartment complex, took car of everything from plate transfer, to payment plan, to staying in contact with me the whole time. All of these things made me feel, loved, well taken care of and most importantly made my mother (who has owned a Mercedes for 20 plus years) like she had a whole community looking out for her best interest. I have never felt this way about a car dealership before and it's people who work there, and I do now, THANK YOU Mercedes-Benz of Novi from the bottom of my heart! More

This dealer stole our 2,600$ winter tires stored there over winter.. First they were “lost” then they said we “ abandoned “ them because we didn’t use them previous winters due to serious illness and our over winter.. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Brought my 2016 MB Sprinter-based RV in for an airbag recall and left with significant back-end body damage caused by the service department. Apparently the porter/technician backed my RV into another vehicle/object when they moved it in/out of the service bay and they claim NO RESPONSIBILITY. Somebody at the dealership is lying to cover their xxx and neither the Service manager Jon Atwell or the dealership owner Lee Ghesquiere are willing to do a xxxx thing about it. I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they refuse to admit fault and simply referred me to the fine print on the work estimate I signed that states they are not responsible for “parking lot damage”. If you value your hard-earned vehicle do yourself a favor and find another dealership to service it. Mercedes Benz of Novi are unethical, extremely unprofessional and have no regard for the personal property of others. What goes around comes around Mr. Ghesquiere! More

Poor communication and untrustworthy After visiting this dealership and test driving a vehicle twice, I made an offer and was told it was accepted. Then I received a call stating that the vehicle could not be sold and was being sold on the secondary market. Then I was told that in fact the vehicle was sold to someone on line. The same vehicle is now back on the website for sale again. More
