As we just finishing up, I apologize I don’t remember the managers name, but he came out with an IOU to fix the dent. Plus I had some installed speakers I couldn’t remove in the sale but didn’t have time to get back to the dealer to remove them. So what did Leandra do? She droves out to my house to make it easy for me to uninstall. Had I gone to the dealer, I know I would not have had the right tools… What dealer does these things?
