When I first visited, I was disappointed by the lack of attention or interest in my needs. Despite this, the staff was courteous my second visit. However, I felt misled when they claimed to offer a “family discount.” While I appreciated the discount itself, I would have preferred transparency rather than being deceived. Additionally, I was made uncomfortable by the noticeable shift in their demeanor when I shared details about my credit history. I returned for the follow-up appointment, only to find myself frustrated by the insistence that I use Siri. I do not see the necessity of connecting my phone in that way, especially since I am not constantly interacting with the screen. On that note, my new car—purchased just three weeks ago—has exhibited troubling issues with its touchscreen, behaving as though it’s being touched by an unseen hand. Moreover, the tire pressure light appeared in the first week of ownership. These ongoing problems have left me feeling disillusioned, especially given my previous, trouble-free experiences with Toyota and Kia, both of which were used vehicles. I am increasingly regretting my decision to choose Subaru over Toyota. More
