Horrible. Sold my 18 year old son a car with bald tires. He wrecked on the way home because of the tires. The police, tow truck , auto body shop and our insura Sold my 18 year old son a car with bald tires. He wrecked on the way home because of the tires. The police, tow truck , auto body shop and our insurance all confirmed the tires were well over used and should have been replaced. We are now paying for a wrecked vehicle as well as 4 new tires because the insurance will not cover the tire replacement costs because they were so used up. Buyer beware!!! More

We purchased out RDX with an extra warranty. The warranty we were told covered scratches and dents to 1000 dollars. We took our vehicle in to have scratches repaired. When my wife arrived they The warranty we were told covered scratches and dents to 1000 dollars. We took our vehicle in to have scratches repaired. When my wife arrived they said it covered dents . We were told otherwise. Next issue.there is a plastic valance on the rear beneath the bumper. It is discolored and we asked them to fix it. The vehicle is a 2020. The manager said we either tried to paint it and that our vehicle had rear ended damage the was repaired. The vehicle has not been hit since we owned it and it has not had any work on the rear bumper. Why would I paint the valance when it’s under warranty??? The manager was very rude and was insinuating my with was being dishonest. He said they did not sell it to me with that repair. That’s a lie if it was damaged it was prior to us owning it. The third thing is that we were told we would get free car washes as long as we own it. They failed to mention it was in Weston until we brought it in for an oil change. I really feel like we got screwed on this vehicle. The price was fair and we like the car but I am going to cancel the warranty and I will drive across town to another dealership for my service. Overall I really am not happy with the way we have been treated after we purchased the car. I promise to tell everyone to stay away from that dealership More
