Fortunately, Wilson Motor service is/was not using the CDK software that was cyberattacked! They were able to get my Ford F150 into service the following day from my call. Service was completed the day CDK software that was cyberattacked! They were able to get my Ford F150 into service the following day from my call. Service was completed the day of the service appointment. The service representative that took my call was very polite and work with me to get my truck in as soon as possible. The service representative that handled the check in, service, contacting me on status updates, and final delivery and costs was excellent.
