This is our 5th car we have bought from Lithia Ford Boise and every time we are treated as if we are the most important customers they have ever had. Leadership and good service comes from the top (GM Jim St and every time we are treated as if we are the most important customers they have ever had. Leadership and good service comes from the top (GM Jim Sterk) and resonates through the team. Kim Luy was our sales professional for our most recent purchase and we will use her again when we or a family member are ready for the next car. She’s friendly, approachable and no pushy hard sales technique. Also kudos and thanks to Tanner for helping us explain the pricing and financing options.
