Spitzer must provide the same level of service. There are many top shelf products
out there so the level of service is critical to maintain customers. Having spent 15
years as a retail salesperson for Ford I know that without repeats and referrals, ones
income suffers. You visit the showroom once, the service department many times
to keep your vehicle up to snuff. Without service support, sales will eventually stop.
