Mr Hinds was very informative about his job, even though I went into Honda to view their vehicles. I came out driving a 2012 Honda CR-V Mr Hinds was very instrumental in the sale and he was the last sale r I went into Honda to view their vehicles. My reason for visiting Plaza Honda was to lease a car for my son, who attends college in Michigan. I did not anticipate making this purchase, but the car that he had broke down, and it was not worth the cost my son, who attends college in Michigan. Mr. Hinds understood our concerns, and showed us the models that would meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda line of vehicles, and spent time with us, and individually with my son. We decided to lease the Civic. He explained the leasing process, and guided us through it. Once we were approved for the transaction, he took my son to a similar Civic in the showroom, and explained all the features to him. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable in dealing with Mr. Hinds. I felt that while it is his busines to sell us a car, he sincerely considered our needs and means. I did not leave the dealership with any buyer's regret, and I do not have it now days later. My son is extremely happy with the car, and I have peace of mind that when he drives back to school, he will be in a vehicle with a proven record of safety and reliability. After working with Mr. Hinds, I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. More
