Excellent Customer Service, price, honesty, I just purchased a brand new CRV with Larry as my agent. At first, I had purchased an HRV, but since it took so long to ship the car to the dealership I just purchased a brand new CRV with Larry as my agent. At first, I had purchased an HRV, but since it took so long to ship the car to the dealership, I switched to the CRV. Larry was very helpful in replying back to me either with calls, messages, emails. Also, this dealership is very honest (such as managers and agents) and doesn't overcharge like the one from Bay Ridge. At the end, Kevin filled out all the paperwork to close out the purchase. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. More importantly, his graciousness, absence of 'hard-sell', patience and general civility was the reason I chose to stay and buy a car (beyond the fact that the product, the CR-V Honda is an excellent car.) The environment was friendly and they provided coffee and iced water. The only downside was that the purchase process was exceedingly long. But, it is because of Mr Hinds that I chose to stay and complete the deal. More
