Starting the process, even though I knew what vehicle I wanted, I was dreading the sales pitch to come or trying to talk me into something else. That did not happen with Rick, no pressure, zero pressure. S wanted, I was dreading the sales pitch to come or trying to talk me into something else. That did not happen with Rick, no pressure, zero pressure. So refreshing. Test drove and looked at a vehicle. Decided what I wanted. Worked with rick and decided to do financing outside of Ford (again no pressure thank you, thank you and thank you). I asked rick to hold the vehicle and I would call him the next day, True to his word, he held the vehicle. I wanted the vehicle prior to receiving the bank check, he respectfully asked for the down payment check and said take the vehicle while we await the bank check. Nice guy, easy to work with. I am new to Jersey, so now when I go for service, its the service department’s turn to live up to the standard rick set. The dealership was clean, people were friendly and they were honest in response to my questions. No hidden surprises. I hope winner becomes my dealer. I’ll be looking to buy 1-2 more vehicles over the next 2 years. Stay there rick so I can see you. On a side note, thank you for supporting our military and the Veterans. Any person/organization that does that earns a special spot in my heart and their community should be proud to have them supporting those who risked their lives so that we can work and have wonderful free establishments like winner ford. To L. Ford, thanks for stepping in on the finance side and getting that paperwork together. I gather you guys may have been a little short handed. Excellent job of pulling together to accomplish the mission ( as army, I appreciate a mission be accomplished with such teamwork). Thank you again, Joe More

My experience at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill, NJ was fabulous. I went with a payment amount I needed to work with. Another great experience!! I was at Winner Ford to have my Focus serviced. Lavern Ford, who leased my Wife and I both of our Escapes, asked how I was and was there anything he I was at Winner Ford to have my Focus serviced. Lavern Ford, who leased my Wife and I both of our Escapes, asked how I was and was there anything he could do for me while I was there. I only said I can't exceed my current payments. 20 minutes later there he was with a new Ecosport for me to test drive. He had nearly to the dollar matched my existing lease payments. All while making sure I had water and was comfortable and had all my belongings from the Focus. I have said before and I will say again, Lavern is the man to get your car from. He knows the cars, he knows what is important and what is just window dressing. Doug was incredibly organized and congenial and also worked to get me out the door as fast as they could. A wonderful experience. Again!! More
