It took two hours for an oil change and the experience was very underwhelming. The waiting area was just a few granola bars in a bowl, water, coffee, chairs, and a TV. I was quoted an hour and a half wh was very underwhelming. The waiting area was just a few granola bars in a bowl, water, coffee, chairs, and a TV. I was quoted an hour and a half when I arrived for my appointment, which is about twice as long as it should take. While the car wash was done unexpectedly, done well, and done for free, the waiting time and waiting area are why I wouldn't return for any service that is (usually) short enough to wait for. More

BMW in Medford Has made it so easy for me, I needed a larger vehicle And they went above and beyond made sure I got what I wanted. At the time I had two vehicles that they helped me get the best value to larger vehicle And they went above and beyond made sure I got what I wanted. At the time I had two vehicles that they helped me get the best value to trade in and with that I was able to purchase my 2019 X3. With this new vehicle, I was able to have the space. I need it to carry my tools and materials and now great pleasure to be their premium Tint Installer, I opened my own company And they’ve been very supportive ever since! Thank you so much and definitely will be coming back for another vehicle and definitely recommend BMW Medford. More

My car has been repaired twice for the same problem since I bought it last year. I didn’t have to pay for it because I had warranty before. But the same problem happened again a few days ago. In March this y I bought it last year. I didn’t have to pay for it because I had warranty before. But the same problem happened again a few days ago. In March this year, the dealer told me that the injectors of cylinders 5-8 were damaged due to coolant leakage. And now the injectors of cylinders 4678 are also damaged. But this time they didn’t tell me the cause of the damage, so I have already taken out warranty, and they won’t cover it for me. After my car was repaired in March, it was parked from April to September because I was not in the United States. This time they claimed that it was not caused by coolant leakage, but they didn’t tell me the cause of the injector damage. I will not choose to buy BMW again More
