I initially met Lens when he was working at the Parts counter and, from day one, he had that same warm, "go above and beyond" energy. I'm not surprised that he was transitioned to become a Service Advisor. I appreciate Amiel and Lens and, candidly, they're a MAJOR part of the reason that my loyalty has been growing for BMW of Medford. More
