The customer service at this dealership in the service department is awful!!!! They did work to my car when I specifically so NO!!! It cost me almost $1000 for service I didn’t ask for. I’ve done business department is awful!!!! They did work to my car when I specifically so NO!!! It cost me almost $1000 for service I didn’t ask for. I’ve done business with this dealership for more than 20 years with no issues or complaints. After this malicious incident, I’ll take my service elsewhere!!! More

Walking into this facility gives you the feeling of, "Why didn't I shop this dealership for ALL my vehicles?". I 'm made to feel like my visit there is VERY important from the moment I walk in. Clair alway didn't I shop this dealership for ALL my vehicles?". I 'm made to feel like my visit there is VERY important from the moment I walk in. Clair always greets me by name and a welcoming smile. I don't normally "advertise" for any business but I will go out of my way to mention my visits to Hughes Honda!! Keep up the good work. More

I bought what I was told was a BRAND NEW NEVER TOUCHED Honda Accord Touring. I purchased the 2021 vehicle on 7/26/2021. I just found out when my car broke that on 7/19/2021 (7 days before I purchased the Honda Accord Touring. I purchased the 2021 vehicle on 7/26/2021. I just found out when my car broke that on 7/19/2021 (7 days before I purchased the vehicle) my BRAND NEW CAR HAD ACTUALLY BEEN REPAIRED BY HUGHES HONDA!!!! The VSA system was reset after an emissions issue was fixed. HUGHES HONDA NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME!!!! I would never have bought a car that was “brand new” knowing that it had been repaired seven days previously. I am extremely disappointed because I FEEL that the dealership misled me and lied to me by not telling me about this issue. I have reached out to the Honda corporation and have not received an answer regarding whether a locally owned dealership is required to disclose previous work on a NEW vehicle. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT TRUST ANY CAR DEALER IN THE FUTURE. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE SEVEN DAYS BEFORE I PURCHASED IT AS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WAS ON RECORD WITH HONDA CORPORATE. I am very disappointed to know that this information was withheld from me. It absolutely would have changed my mind on purchasing the car. I have learned and want to share with others, ask all the questions even on a brand new car with 0 miles. More
