We recently moved to Irwin and soon realized we needed an AWD vehicle. After exhaustive research, we determined the Subaru Forester was ideal for us. Being unfamiliar with the area, we tried using several online tools (Coscto and Truecar), which put us in contact with many dealerships, which in itself was exhausting. None of those dealerships had a trim that included the features we wanted. Calling Kenny Ross Subaru, we discovered they had one in stock which we could see and test drive. My initial impression of this dealership far exceeded all expectations. The Sales personnel were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The test drive was very pleasurable with absolutely NO pressure on this day nor any other day. I waited several days to do additional research, and when I returned, ready to make a purchase. My entire purchase experience was amazing (especially for a car purchase LOL). No pressure and I felt I was being treated honestly. My counteroffer was fair and was accepted. The trade-in estimate was in line with KBB. The exceptional staff worked hard to complete my transaction relatively quickly. We certainly found our car dealership and look forward to many years of exceptional relationship. More
